To maintain maximum freshness and flavor, we recommend keeping all One Drop beers refrigerated between 1°C and 4°C. High temperatures can affect the delicate hop profiles and fruit additions.
Do you offer nationwide shipping?
Yes, we ship our beers across the country using specialized couriers. Shipping times vary by location, but most metro orders arrive within 3-5 business days.
What is your return policy for damaged goods?
If your order arrives damaged or leaking, please take a photo and contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund for the affected items.
Are your beers vegan-friendly?
The majority of our core range is vegan. However, some of our specialty pastry sours or stouts may contain lactose. Please check the specific product description for allergen information.
Can I track my delivery?
Absolutely. Once your order is dispatched from our brewery, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment's progress.
Is there a minimum order for online delivery?
We do not have a strict minimum order, but shipping is most cost-effective when ordering in multiples of 4, 12, or 24 cans to fit our standard transit packaging.
