Attach clear photos of the damaged packaging, incorrect items, or the specific batch details found on the bottom of the cans.
Await Assessment
Our quality control team will review your claim within 48 hours to determine if a refund, store credit, or replacement is appropriate.
Resolution
Once approved, we will dispatch a fresh replacement or process a refund to your original payment method, excluding original shipping costs.
